Watch Tyson's documentary. ALi went to Cus for advice on how to handle Foreman. Cus explained to him how to break Foreman psychologically.
What Ali did was psychological warfare bc Foreman thought Ali was going to be running around the ring bc Ali said he was going to dance. They even had Foreman chasing guys around the ring in training and Ali did the total opposite and he even talked about it in an interview. Dumb ass
These dudes don't understand. They too busy watching Manny win instead of watching him fight. Even when he beat Morales the second fight you could still see that he was having problems with Morales boxing him and he made the same mistakes he made in their first fight. They just don't know boxing.
The fight starts before you even get in the ring. You would know that if your ass actually boxed. The mental game is just as important as the physical. You must be Larry Merchants son or some ****. LMAO
:good bingo. They like to say it was his socks or gloves or some bull, but he was losing the second fight and then somehow his legs just give out and he has no more energy. I guess that's what happens when you try to make a weight division you're too big for
You can tell by the way these guys talk that they never boxed a day in their life. If you break down a fight between Floyd and Manny they will just say Floyd doesn't have the urge but they fail to realize that it is Manny and his Team who walked away from the fight the first time bc of the drug testing and Floyd signed to fight. They don't want to talk about that though. :rofl
First of all Floyd is not my favorite boxer. I just think he will beat Manny's ass. Second Ali even said he got into Foreman's head before the fight. So I guess Ali is simple minded as well when he is the one who said he got into Foreman's head. Get over it dude. By the way have you ever boxed?? Do you go to a boxing gym today to train even if its just to stay in shape? Yes or No
So? Ali said a lot of ****. And no, Ali is not simple minded, he was very smart. It's your assessment of the situation that shows how simple minded you are. And I see you are trying to play the "do you box card" now? Funny how so many Floyd anboys are these boxing experts who live in a gym all of a sudden...:rofl And I go to a regular gym to stay in shape, as if that matters.
exactly man. They think well, it doesn't matter if Manny is scared out his damn mind or it doesn't matter if Floyd is ****ing with him in the ring and trying to get his pissed off. Floyd is a counter puncher, so the extra aggression his opponent shows the more opportunities Floyd has. Also like with the Mike Tyson factor, they think he didn't beat his opponents before the fight. Go into the ring with Mike and you can be the most conditioned man in the world, but then you get extra nervous and stiff and you feel your legs give out on you before the first round ends. "See you never boxed before, if you ever boxed before then you know what I''m talking about" - Roy Jones
Jesus, this line is absolutely boring. HUR HUR YOU CAN'T HAVE NO OPINION UNLESS YOU'VE DONE SOMETHING. I've never bought an umbrella, does that mean I'm not allowed to comment on the rain? I don't doubt the mental game isn't as important as the physical, and I don't doubt that Mayweather is good at playing mind games, but what I do doubt is that he won the fight 'unofficially' with those staredowns. Hatton, De La Hoya and Mosley all started strong, it was Floyd's technical ability that won him the fight, not a goddamn staredown, he's not an imposing athlete.
I'm sure there are alot of staredowns in front of media at press conferences for the fighting that you have done :nut so I guess you have vast experience :rofl
