I am a fan of Wilder and even I have to admit this fight is a disgrace.

 

I just wanted him to end Wilder's scam WBC reign, but he just should have had the discipline to stop using for a couple of months.
Now his window has closed and he allowed Wilder to get away with his cherrypicking even longer.

 

Wawrzyk was hand picked for his super-fragile mandible, another stiff for Wilder to KO to build up his phony record as a "KO Artist."

I have to agree. There is no reason for this fight other than a safe, pad-the-record tuneup.

What does this say about Wilders mgmt team and their confidence in him if this is the level of opposition that put him in with???

I realize he is coming off an injury but this is ridiculous.

 

They have zero confidence in him, they don't even want to out him in fights that might help him grow as a fighter because they know he could get knocked out against anyone who isn't complete garbage.

I saw polish shitting on Szpilka after he got knocked out. Those youtube comment sections were brutal. Some polish was cheering about his downfall. I don't think the OP is special as he thinks he is and should have more confidence in their fighters. Just goes to show, lose once and you're a bum.

Szpilka get sh@# on because of his attitude. If you know the guy, he started his career cocky and outspoken. There are always people, including his own people, who don't mind seeing a guy like that get humbled.
