I'm pretty sure Broner gets scrambled in a fight with the Siberian Rocky.

Broner would not get in the ring with Ruslan IF he elected to, we would see a beatdown worse than Alvarado because Broner's heart has never been tested like a Mike A, who is a special kind of warrior. I'm thinking Broner will get exposed against the first big puncher he faces, which could be in December against Marcos Maidana.

Demarco was a big puncher and got the **** beat outta him. Power is overrated especailly when you can't land ****. Broner has the second best defense at 147 behind PBF.:deal

 

DeMarco never knocked out or hurt anybody above 135.
Can you imagine what Provo would do to DeMarco?
Were not dealing with lightweights anymore.

 

This would be a really tough fight for Broner if he gets lazy like he is prone to do. Broner fell in love with his own power and then it didn't really carry up to 147. He tried, with limited success, to snipe Paulie and hurt him with one shot. Ruslan is a durable guy and I don't think that same strategy would work. Also if Broner stood still and let Ruslan work, plodding around the ring with his gloves high and tight like Josh Clottey, he'd be in for a long night. He'd really have to be on defensively to beat Provodnikov and that's just the facts, he'd have to use all his punches and make his feet move for him. If he just rolled his upper body around looking for a huge counter, he'd get demolished. If his strategy is to potshot, lean back, roll and then shake his head and make a face, I can't see him winning. Adrien Broner has enormous potential and should be able to win this fight, but he can't get lazy, and I think he needs an ass whipping before he decides to not be lazy.

 

Alexander is another one who could do it. He could fire his jab and circle and look to counter Provo for a full 12 rounds. Alexander would beat Provo easily.

 

So De Marco can't punch??

Provo is at 140..he should be able to beat De Marco.

Just like Thurman should be able to trounce Provo.

 

He kept Maidana off of him and made him look amateurish, he could do the same to Provo.

 

Maidana is not in Provos league. Broner is not in Bradleys league. Different levels.
Alaxander/Lucas would be a more fitting comparison.
