It's easily simple if Mosley choose Lewis instead of Forrest, it wouldn't do nothing in Mosley legacy. And beside before facing Forrest, Mosley fought 2 bum fighters so why take on an easy opponent for the 3rd time in a row? <<<That ain't going to bring big money fights for him.

No one doubts that Shane would fight Floyd, but at the time Shane wasnt interested in fighting Floyd, so going from the defination that has been laid down here that is ducking right??? Shane without a doubt refused to fight Floyd then, was it because he was scared??? NO it was because at the time Floyd was too big a risk vs reward fight for Shane. Why?? It was being said then that Floyd wasnt a draw, keep in mind this was pre-oscar, Pre-Hatton and floyd was yet to do big numbers. But once Floyd became the biggest PPV hit NOW shane wants to fight. That is whats going on. floyd barely had a fight a few weeks ago and because he didnt come out of that fight and sign to fight Shane he is ducking him???

Exactly. Back in 99 Floyd wasn't the draw at all but called out Mosley but Mosley avoid it and instead fought De la hoya for a far bigger pay day. In 2006 Floyd was in the post fight press conference of Mosley victory over Vargas in which Floyd wants to fight Mosley next in november but Mosley didn't want to cause he said 3 things. 1. Cause he wants a vacation cause of 2 fights in the same year. 2 His tooth hurt lol. And 3. He wants Floyd to fight Margarito first before him.

 

Mosely deserves MUCH respect for taking on Berto, Forrest. and Winky. Sure he was waiting for big paydays(he deserves it), but when those fights didn't materialize(ducked), he fought the best out there.
