    ...mark my words. Juan Manuel Marquez WILL defeat Manny Pacquiao on November 12th. I have already put $3,000 on Marquez. My dad, who has been watching boxing since the 70s, put up even more, and he is never, NEVER wrong. He won $10,000 in 1990 betting on James.

    People don't realize how much JMM has Pac's number. People don't realize that out of 24 rounds, JMM won between 17-20. People don't realize how hard it is for a fighter to truly change after being in the sport for over 10 years. Pac has improved, but not as much as people say. JMM will once again own him, and win a UD.

    That that to the bank. Bump on the 13th of next month...:good

    umm if Marquez can figure out how to stay off the canvas then he has a good chance.. but Pac power has gotten better as he has moved up.. can Marquez match that? Plus Marquez gets hit much more than the last 2 versions that Manny Faced... Good luck on winning money.. this is a tough one to bet on...:bbb

    Absolutely. I don't think this is a cherry picked fight at all. Besides you know who, Marquez is the only other guy I wanted to see him fight.

    Very good points. However, Marquez failed to secure a win in any of those other two fights. Now, Pacquiao is even a bigger star than Marquez now(meaning it will be more likely for him to get the benefit of the doubt on the cards), they're fighting at a weight at which Manny has excelled and at which Marquez has not proven he can be effective, and Marquez is the older fighter and is pushing 40.

    i agree with this.. I think marquez is going to finally draw out a decision and will be putting some money of my own on it.
