Im completely sold on Floyds Power.

His accuracy and consistency more than makes up for not having explosive power.

Last night I watched a small welterweight keep an average sized middleweight honest the whole fight.

Garcia and Matthysse both came in at 150, while fighting at 140. Floyd came in at 150 fighting at 152, against a 165 lb opponent.

Canelo never disrespected Floyds power. And ****ed Canelos head back plenty of times throughout the fight.

Canelo walked through Trouts jabs, whos a full fledged JRMW as well.

He has power. Enough to fight at 154 if he choose. and definitely enough for anyone at 147.

It's his quickness and accuracy of his punches. Floyd has always kept most fighters honest, they don't just walk him down. I honestly thought canelo would be able to eat mayweather's shots to land a counter. Not the case, canelo was just another opponent, nothing Special built up on smaller men and over the hill vets.i believe if they match him carefully as they have been he will be ok because his fan base.

Floyd has as much power as his opponent will allow him. I mean, when Canelo stood in front of Floyd once he got his feet set I knew Canelo was in for a long night. Floyd may not have Canelos power, but he's got plently enough power to keep other fighters off of him once he gets his feet planted.

Also, why the hell didn't Canelo conseider backing up when FMJ slowly came forward? Why!? Why stand in front of Floyd and play a game of speed that you will always lose? That was so stupid.

Every opponent, even those with great chins, stop walking Floyd down once they get hit. Fighters who have never faced Floyd are fooled into believing Floyd has no power. Saul is now being quoted that Floyd is feather fisted. Whatever saves face. Saul is losing cred bad. Everyone else speaks about Floyd's deceptive power after facing them. Shane said Floyd and Canelo had equal power.

(Shane also said Pac was a much harder puncher than Floyd so that still makes a Pac v Floyd fight interesting)

If Floyd had no power, Canelo would of just walked through him. Floyd hits damm hard and has ko'd guys with a single body shot.
