Brook landed a powerful uppercut cleanly on his chin and gravity made Golovkin go up in the air, and recovered in 2 seconds while Brook could never follow up on it. So yes, he must have a glass chin.

That uppercut would likely have knocked out a lot of lesser opponents, seriously...

Nigel, Brook was not two weight classes lower when he entered the ring. Not when you weigh in at virtually the same weight. Does that make Brook a natural MW? Of course not. But we all saw his size was more then just a regular WW. That is, if one is being honest.

Big deal, he was buzzed. That happens to virtually every fighter. Was 3G hurt at all against Brook? Not even remotely.\

What makes your opening post terrible is, you make the assumption he's avoiding hard hitters. Yet everyone and their mum knows the top guys in his division are clearly avoiding him.

 

What fight were you playing in your head ? at no time was ggg even slightly buzzed from brook taking a clean shot and being stunned are two totally different things.

Fyi: both Stevens and Lemieux both landed clean full power shots that were much more powerful than anything brook could land and neither of those very heavy handed mw''s could even buzz him.

This board doesn't understand that every clean power shots landed does not = a fighter being buzzed .

You don't go 400 fights without even getting hurt let alone down and not have amazing chin

You can be hurt badly even by gatekeeper and even knocked out ask ward who has been hurt many times by gatekeepers

How come you can't find one instant of GGG being badly hurt in 400 fights when you know it only take a good solid shot from even a gatekeeper to hurt and knock you down?

 

What 3G's team knows is, he's been declined a fight at MW at one point by:

...and that's just the more recent history.

It's fine to have an opinion on his chin, but basing your hypothesis on being buzzed, and supposedly wanting to avoid hard hitters, make very little sense when you actually play out those who declined the fights themselves. The only sacrilege to me is, making erroneous statements based on little fact, if any at all. I'm as open as they come, and if there's some evidence to suggest 3G is hiding a bad chin, I'm welcome to discuss it. But if you are being honest, there really isn't. He took some solid shots from Lemiuex and didn't wince. Curtis Stevens is a known heavy hitter too. That did little to persuade 3G to back off.

 

I'm quite sure it would of dropped many a guy,sad thing was though after GGG just shrugged it off I think it probably deflated Brook as he'd given his all in a beautiful example of boxing and he knew that was his best and wasn't good enough.
That said did you see GGGs corner,I've never seen em so animated.
