I'm still a Margarito fan

yeah m2 2 tony is still a great fighter.It was shanes night he looked great again.Woner whos gona be next 4 shane.

 

I love Margarito fights they are always entertaining. I'm not going to say he was a cheater or not, but I reading an article on whatever they found in his wraps seems to be pretty unclear to me. Naseem says he felt the wraps and that they were way too hard. But what I don't understand is that the article says the substance was still wet and would harden later. What I don't understand is that if the plaster was still wet how could Naseem feel that it was hard already? If someone could answer this question that would be great, I've never seen anyone do anything but legally wrap there hands so I don't fully understand how Plaster works when loaded into hand wraps.
