I'm saying just look at the Taylor KO. There's no doubt about that one. That was nasty. yet, the guys arm was up, he was lifting his head off the canvas. Some motor functions were obviously still working. Why is Dirrell's reaction implausible? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrXgqFaLErI[/ame]
Eze. Do you ever admit you were wrong or take other people's opinions on board? Not sure I've ever seen evidence of it since 2006.
You need too watch more fights mate. I have seen guys put their arms up instinctively after taking a KO punch. And I am sure we have all seen the video of the guy that is unconcious but still throwing punches.
This isn't a wrong or right. And I've admitted I was wrong plenty of times. We've all been wrong. But no one can be for sure that it was acting or he was out of it. It's all opinion.
Tell me this why wasn't Dirrell "twitching" from the get go? Delayed reaction? So he had to go from laying against the ropes, then laying on the canvas with his arms up against his face, then "start twitching" It wasn't needed, the DQ was already justified.
But that is my point. You couldn't possibly be sure of that until after the doctor confirmed it. Yet, you were sure he was hurt from the first moment. Still not answering my question.
Now, after watching that clip, if Taylor had put his hands to his face, would anyone have thought he was faking, or that it wasn't a genuine reaction?
You just come across as dismissive and ignorant, though. It takes a cynical mother****er to believe Andre Dirrell would fake shaking, twitching, memory loss, and crying when he was a round and a half away from certain victory. Of course, the chance was always there that Abraham could have caught lightning in a bottle, but I can't see any reason to not give Andre the benefit of the doubt here. Would he really put his family through that just to avoid another round of Boxing. Doesn't ring true to me. Help me out?
I defended him because that was my opinion. I never said that someone was wrong before hand. I defended him. Im defending Dirrell as well. He didn't need to over act the sequence, AA punching him that late was enough to justify the DQ. And possibly because I am fan of campbell somewhat and not a fan of Dirrell or AA.
Put his family through it? Man, he could easily act it. Go to his family and say. Im fine man. I just played it off cool. TO ME and this so called delayed reaction, is far too delayed. I just watched it against. Dirrell had his hand against the canvas, removes it, and then lifts it to hi face. Im sorry. Acting.
i'm not calling Dirrell a quiter. Im not saying he wasn't hurt. I'm not saying that he couldn't continue. All I am saying is, that he wasn't nearly as hurt as he made himself out to be.
