Regarding the red this proves you know nothing about the system, in the majority of the states today if not all of them, its not up to you weather charges are filed or not, the police decide if there is cause to make an arrest based on what crimes where committed and if there is probable cause to make an arrest.

Once your in jail the DA has 72 hours to decided weather or not they want to formally file charges against you. the state decides weather or not charges will be filed not the victim:deal

So all this **** about you knowing the system you dont even know the ****ing basics. if charges are not filed with in 72 hours they have to release you but this is business hours so if you get arrested on a Friday morning they have until weds morning to get your ass in front of a judge.

stop frontin here like you know how this **** works you clearly do not. why would a judge delay his sentence the mother ****er has money and brings money to that state..... use your ****in brain

Who gives a **** whether you root for a guy or not. This is a sport we all love. And if one of the guys decides to try to make his life better after the sport is over, only a silly ***** would wish him to fail.

 

What you say is definitely true in a literal sense. But when it's all said and done, if the victim refuses to testify, especially in a **** case, it amounts to the same as her not pressing charges. Very few DA's are going to go forward with the case in that instance.
