You might be right. Who knows; I am picking PW. I know Wright is a great fighter but he is coming off nearly two years out of the ring and up against a young elite fighter in Paul Williams. I could be wrong though.

 

We shall see. The relationship between Winky's tremendous counter punching skills and Paul's tendency to get hit with stupid counters might be perfect synthesis. Prepare yourself for the worst, my friend.

 

You're not crazy I said the same thing on this site when I saw the fight.

 

I would have no problem picking Williams to beat Winky, but quite frankly he doesnt use his natural advantages of reach and height...his style is ALL wrong for his body type.

He'll give up his height and reach to try and bang on the inside like he did with Margarito, Quintana, and Phillips...the only difference is that Winky is leagues above them all...

I have a pretty confident prediction backing up Winky to win...but it will be close. The only reason people are picking Williams is because of Winky's ring rust. But defensive fighters like himself don't age or rust.
