Imagine turning down 3-4 fights for $100-120,000,000.

Just let them speak and the contradictions appear. They have never wanted the AJ fight. The excuses are plentiful.

remember tommy morrison and michael bentt? a case of a fighter overlooking his current opponent for his next opponent where he had a great payday coming. all it takes is one punch and his plans of letting a fight " marinate " are over.

He did the smart thing, getting a big powerful team behind him so he can do the robbing in the USA as opposed the being robbed..

If this is true he has absolute idiots around him and he himself is an idiot. You dont turn down guaranteed money like that for money you might make. That being said the only way its not a bad choice is if its not guaranteed money. Lets say he signs the deal but loses and it cancels out the remaining contract then I see where hes coming from. If he can control who he fights he can just fight C level guys and keep making money where if he signs and gets put in with the top guys and gets beat then he loses out.

Far all the THOUSANDS OF POSTS about Wilder of the last week ... which I guess is expected considering Wilder is THE MOST FAMOUS BOXER IN THE WORLD right now ...

The only thing that happened today was Wilder and Breazeale are going to fight on Showtime ... in front of an audience of millions ... instead of on DAZN or ESPN and an audience of thousands.

DAZN and ESPN wanted Wilder to fight Breazeale first, too.

So now Wilder will fight Breazeale, and we're back to negotiating with both for the fall. And Wilder's bargaining power will be even greater in the fall, because more people in the US will be watching him against Breazeale than will be watching Fury or Joshua's next fights on the APPs.

Showtime is even offering Wilder a three-fight deal worth AS MUCH AS THE DAZN deal to fight for them three times and NOT face Joshua or Fury.

So you can all rest easy.

THE MOST FAMOUS BOXER IN THE WORLD will be back in the ring in May.

    So much for your theory.

In the first three months this year, Wilder has been offered $12.5 million by ESPN to fight Breazeale, $20 million by DAZN to fight Breazeale, and Showtime is now working to offer him a three fight deal to fight on Showtime for more than the $80 million DAZN offered him to fight Joshua twice, and Wilder won't have to fight Joshua to earn it.

And, on top of that, he was named the most FAMOUS boxer in the world by ESPN.

You guys need to come up with a "new story" about Wilder ... because the ragging on him you've done for years is starting to look comical.

He is the biggest star in boxing.

Every network involved in boxing is THROWING money at him.

And his value is only going up.

Honestly, the rubbish you believe is beyond me.

If you just engaged your brain a little more you should see through it.

Ok, look at it this way, the general showtime platform is already saturated, meaning Wilder is not going to add to that revenue, as if he was then he’s already done it,
given that he’s been on showtime his whole career.

This leaves PPV, which is the only way showtime could possibly hope to generate so much money that they could pay Wilder over 80 million for 3 fights. Let’s dissect that; there are only really 2 big fights for Wilder to have at the moment: Joshua and Fury. He’s actually already fought Fury, and the numbers were found wanting. It’s revenue was around what, 23,000,000 total, plus gate receipts. That’s wouldn’t be enough to just pay Wilder, let alone his opponent, the undercard, the promoters, showtime etc, and let’s not forget the huge marketing cost! Oh, and again, that was against Fury! What numbers are you expecting him to do when Joshua and Fury are not in the mix. Be sensible.

It's not bait. I'm posting links to what I'm saying. They are all from reputable sources ... ESPN, Dan Rafael.

You guys just don't like facts. You want to keep posting threads about Wilder fighting soccer hooligans.

I get it. It's difficult for the mob of you to admit when you were all wrong about a fighter.

And boy were you guys wrong. (LOL)
