El Olímpico really not acquitting himself too badly here, considering the cut.

Khataev should be attaching himself to Maderna’s chest and make it a phone booth fight but it doesn’t appear he has the cardio to do so so some of action takes place at range where Maderna can use his size and fire off jabs.

Khataev isn't striking me as being as quite so hot a finisher as he was hyped up to be.

Maderna is being a pest but Khatev is winning most of the rounds with power punches.

Kind of feel like Maderna got screwed over here by the ref not calling it a NC or TD a few rounds ago. :nusenuse:

The ref isn’t going to make that call. The ring side doctor is gonna say he can’t fight or the corner is gonna say he can’t see. As such a massive dog they should’ve played the game I suggested and try to go all out for like 5 rds then say they can’t see and try to sneak out a tech Dec. Over 10 rds he was just not gonna beat an animal like Khatev.

    Round 1

Biyarslanov with southpaw jabs up high and left hands on the body. Kiliti down just over a minute in. Ref has a long hard look but lets him go. Biyarslanov piecing him up, mixing in some right hooks on the flank. Kiliti sucking wind as he beats the count a second time and hoists up his trunks, in a world of hurt and having barely gotten off a punch of his own.

    10-7 Biyarslanov

Those were the Hungarian's first couple of career trips onto the canvas.

Kiliti took a pasting and managed to stay on his feet until the last ten seconds of round 2.

    10-8 Biyarslanov

    20-15 Biyarslanov

Kiliti got in a few licks on the body himself, but it cost him. Big left cross planted between his eyes put him down a fourth time, and that'll do it.

    KO3!!
