Like I said. Styles Make Fights. And Canelo Style would arguably neutralize Lara's.

It seems like your argument is that Lara and Floyd are on the same level. They aren't. /discussion .

LOL no way canelo would win against floyd. He doesn't string together enough punches. he conserved his energy alot better tonight than he has in the past but he'd need to step it up another two levels before he could think of beating the p4p champ

Canelo was not weight drained tonight. That was a huge difference and it showed.

Alvarez is the one that should be fighting Lara. Sadly that will never happen because Alvarez is most definitely moving up to 160.

    Lara is a decent fighter.
    Canelo is a good fighter.

Their styles would make an interesting match. Canelo would win.

Neither are in the same league as Mayweather.

    End thread.

These young guys need to stay away from Mayweather. They need to go another route and build their own resume. Fighting FLoyd is a great payday for anyone, but if you're really young and end up getting embarassed, which is usually the case these days when you fight FLoyd, than it can do a number to ones psyche/self confidence moving forward.

I'm happy for Canelo though, he bounced back in a very impressive manner after getting completely dominated by Mayweather.

All last night proved was there's nobody outside of Pacman that can give Floyd a tough test between 140-154 lbs. And I only think Pacman has around a 20-25% chance of beating Floyd if they ever fought. GIves you an idea on how great Mayweather is.
