I've spent a lot of time looking through training vids over the last few weeks to get bodyweight exercise ideas and I've gotta say for anyone who does pistols, you've gotta see this bloke doing them. I always thought once I could do them I'd quit while I was ahead but some of these progressions are very impressive and give me something to aim for. Very inspiring. Maybe it's just me, but anytime I do one legged squats I can't go very low without getting my knee over toes.
