eyy, i was just wondering wat is the best way to improve your ducking skills, slipping skills and bobbing and weaving. Also can any1 give me tips on fighting in the inside and best combinations. Thnx pplz:smoke
as relentless would say, don't throw combinations, go for the one punch knockout, you're not payed to work more than 40 hours a business week in non-seasonal jobs
The BEST way to improve your skills (in anything) is to really concentrate on whatever it is you wan to improve during sparring. If you are still a begginer and not to comfortable sparring, you can ask someone to help you practice some skills. For ducking, slipping etc. have somone throw punches at you, and you practice whatever it is yu need work on. For exapmle, as someone to jab at you, and you practice sliiping it, just keep doing to make yourself get quicker and more reflexive. Ask for someone to throw hooks at you, you duck under... Inside fighting tips. This is hard to teach by typing. My advice is again, get a partner and have him throw punches at you, but this time, tell him/her to do it really slow. Look for the openings and counter, you should go slow to. This will give you a feel of what punches become available on the inside, reacting to what your opponent does. Also, when on the inside, don't be afraid to MAKE openings. Paw at your opponents guard, pull his/her arms down, then unleash your punches (usuualy hooks and uppercuts).
