    Dont pinch the toes to the ground its a No/No Makes the mechanics all wrong.

    Try training barefoot for a while, while shadowboxing.

    Funny you should mention that! I used to rub my foot/stand on a hockey ball for a few minutes every day as part of a poor mans 'trigger point therapy' workout! :lol::lol:

    I haven't done it in a while though. Any tips?
