Oh... that's why he specifically mentioned the RIGHT oblique, he has a glass liver :yep

So do I. I blame alcohol. There is no way to train it except for practising defence.

The right side takes longer to build up.
Probably because of the liver location.
    Keep working on it.

What you talking about "longer to numb?" I don't think your sides ever go numb for some reason.

    Look.
I told you what to do.
    Just do it.
    Side crunches scissoring a bench.
    And lots of medicine ball.
Every ****in day -- 2-3 times a day.
    Never mind.
    Dont do it.
You get a little tired and one good left hook to the right side and you will go down like a ton of bricks.

you can deaden the nerves. im saying because the liver is their its harder to numb it down. thats why more people get knocked out with left hooks to body then right hoks to body

    What the **** ???
    Deaden the nerves ?????

    Look.
You build up oblique and stomach muscles.
You learner to relax and contract your muscles upon receiving impact.
If you dont understand then get in the ring a sparr alot of rounds with guys who like to go to the body.
If your any good at all --- you should figure it out.

I don't box. I was asking why you think building up the right side of your body is harder because your liver is on the right side.
