improving right oblique strenght

    and are u guys ******ed u can deaden the nerves in your body not fully but a little bit so that you cant feel it as much

    Have you seen what Thai boxers do to kill the nerves in their shins? I don't think you could imagine the pain you'd have to go through to do the same to your obliques.

    No -- I'M not a doctor.
    But I've been there.
    I cant believe that there are so many lazy ****s, where they rather talk about getting in shape and not do the work.
    Its that ****ing simple.

    yah they kcik heavy bags. i no waht they do. and im not saying u fully kill them but you kill some so it doesnt hurt so bad. no stfu

    You don't kill some nerves so it doesn't "hurt so bad". Someone throwing a medicine ball at you is conditioning the body to take a punch, not numb the area.

    it DOES kill the nerves tho. a little bit. im not sayig where gunna kil it so that you cant feel it. it just hlps alittle. also back to the original topic its hurts more to right because ur liver is their

    Exactly.
    Conditioning the body to take a punch !!!
    And thats both sides (left & right).
    It may take more work for the right side.
