    what exercises will do this?
my single punches are getting faster. jab or jab right and double left right, due to repitition. but other combos are very slow, it feels like my hips obliques arent flexible enough or something left hook for example is thrown at a snails pace., could also be my footwork.
i keep my hands high and chin locked to my chest, this suits my style of fighting, not quick enough to stick and move.
