I don't think so. It's not coincidence that he turned down gift title shots from both Klitschko's when he desperately needed them after steroid suspensions.

 

Vitali cannot even go to the bathroom by himself. He is a cripple, and Toney would even now, finish crippling his overrated ass. :hat

 

Toneys tits are heavier now than Vitali Klitschko.

 

I thought the height advantage was too much for Toney and he would be hit easily to win over VK.

 

I remeber many saying Toney would fight anyone............then he turned down a fight with Wlad .

Then Toney was lucky to get a draw against Rahman , lost to Peter twice and won a split decision over Danny Batchelder while on steroids(again !)

Toney was a great middleweight/Supermiddleweight/Cruiserweight , but at heavyweight it's been one dissapointment after another and he's going to make things worse by losing to a shot fighter in Rahman .

I think Toney should retire for the sake of his health , I have seen him slurring his speech at times and the heavyweight punches he's taking can't be helping that .

that's 5'9 against 6'8 - toney would have a very hard time getting to vitali. vitali would jab him all night long and isn't afraid to mix it up. either an easy ud or a late tko.

 

Toney is shot to pieces now, but back then he still had something left and had a good chance of beating Klitschko, who got stopped by Chris Byrd for christs sakes.

 

Ah, yes. It's all so obvious in hindsight. Personally, I never thought Toney would beat him but I would love to have seen the fight.

 

that's right...hindsight. Lets look back before the Lacy-Calzaghe fight on here......a vast majority were picking Lacy by KO no sweat. Now THAT is funny.

No way. He couldn't beat him on size difference alone. The only way Toney would've been able to touch his chin is if he brought a ladder inside the ring with him.
