    Circumstances would work something like this

    Zab fights and beats margarito & cintron, clottey and re asserts himself
    Cotto Fights and beats margarito and/or cintron and clearly deserves the floyd shot
    Cintron Fights and beats marg and/or williams, clottey and deserves cotto
    Cintron gets Flattened by marg, williams, clottey
    Williams beats quintana then cintron, cotto, mosley and deserves floyd a shot
    Williams gets beaten by Quintana
    Margarito beats zab, cintron,cotto and gets fight with floyd
    Margarito goes down to zab or cintron
    Clottey beats cintron then zab or williams and earns cotto fight
    Clottey gets beat by cintron or zab or williams

    1)Cotto-Williams(establishes clear # 1 contender or new top dog if Mayweather vacates title)
    2)Cintron-Mosley(crossroads type fight, young lion and old lion, if Cintron wins he is ready for top 5 opponents, if Mosley wins it could set up unification with Floyd or other champions)
    3) Clottey-Judah....proof if clottey is ready for the top 5 and if Judah is still a top fighter at the weight

    I accidentally picked Cintron to get destroyed but I meant Cotto to get destroyed, but theres no option for that.

    In 2008 What would you like to see of the welterweight division?

    I would like to see Cotto vs Mayweather resulting in one of them getting KTFO.

    cdub1012 made a great list of the fights I would like to see. If I had my druthers, I would like to see Ricardo Mayorga mixed into that list. Can you imagine what a Mayorga/Cotto bout would look like? Mayorga was a beast at welterweight.

    I'd like to see Margarito regain what he lost in 2007.

    Rematch with Paul Williams or grab Cintron's IBF title. Either fight is very winnable in my opinion.

    Asking for more is probably asking too much but from there he could unify with Cotto, and if he wins that, he'd be the best in the division without dispute.
