few people are actually claiming this. In fact neither champion has had a solid title fight, each one has been a watered down to eurolevel so far.

Once/if we get a unifier, then we'll have world champion per se (vacant shyte barely counts as "winning" a title)

i think on am status hes clearly top dog, where he reached at least silver olympic status even if gold was gifted to him as home fighter.

that gives a little weight to his green career so far, but wilder's quantity brings nothing to top that, which alone tells you a lot about wilder.

 

Not as much as MVC who just made a thread about how much he enjoys the 'sweet science' as opposed to skill deficient 'brawls' only to talk about how much he loves Deontay 'poorest technique in his division' Wilder.

You can be not very good - by world standards - and still ill. He's now a fair bit older and looked more shopworn/debilitated whenever fighting since.

 

Don't ever mention vacant title wins aren't great around the pac cult. I don't know of any fighter ( fyi: nor do I care to know) who's fought for more vacant titles than pac.

Pretty sure he's won more vacant titles than from fighting the#1 in division. In fact, I think I'm positive pac hadn't fought the true #1 in more than 1/2 divisions. That's going way back to when he had dozen lbs on his 126/28/ lb tiny far smaller fighters

 

Stiverne is Hall of Fame fighter but Wilder is on another level.
He will destroy him!

 

Stiverne was hospitalized after the last fight, he almost suffered a heart attack. And that was 3 years ago. Now at 39 they better have a stretcher and ambulance on stand-by for Stiverne.

 

Won't bother to watch this shitfest, this fight is a mockery of boxing like almost all of Wilder's title defenses.

 

I would pay money to see this unfold like Mike Tyson/Buster D
Truth is Stivern is too old, too fat and been too inactive to bring anything to this fight.
