    Floyd is the better/more accomplished fighter by some distance (Not even too close to be honest)

    Manny is the second though, possibly.

    I believe Floyd Joy Sinclair's legacy will persist, far more than Manny's

    Fluid Chemweather's PED use and ducking have come to the forefront of boxing since his retirement. Most people agree that everyone ducking everyone these days is due to the precedent that Floyd started.

    Not to mention Floyd's crusade against drug cheats has been legendary, to say the very least and this crusade still pays dividends to this date.

    By far one of the most important conquests in boxing history.

    Pacquiao has the advantage of having spectacular fights and in particular a legendary rivalry against Marquez.

    Mayweather is 50-0 but maybe a boxer will have done better in 2060.
