Under normal boxing organization's rules, a boxer has 2 hours to lose that weight and be reweighed again after 2 hours. Boxer do this by being put literally on a hot sauna bath to sweat, or do a bicycle while wearing a sort of plastic sheet in order to sweat.

Wearing heavier gloves only happens when the fight is a go, despite the weight disparity to even out the field, like when someone actually failed to make weight despite the time window to do so. Meaning one fighter is a division higher than the other.

Your point of view is simply a simpleton's one.

A title becomes vacant once the champion fails to make weight, even after re-weighing. Losing 2 pounds in a matter of 2 hours would literally kill a fighter because it is so draining and definitely would affect someone's performance even if the fight is the next day.

because the contract was revised the night prior to the weigh-in, a fact that every floydette simply ignore. However, technically, he was over the 144, which was the stipulated weight, but because of the revision, he was allowed to pay for the overweight as long as he is at the welterweight limit of 147.

Only an idiotic floydette would claim that he was not over the weight when he infact had to pay 600,000 dollars. So what is the 600,000 dollars for anyway. You can sugarcoat it whatever name you want it, may it penalty, goodwill money, bribe, the bottomline is he paid because he was above the limit of something.

Pac lost his fight in Thailand because he was so drained . He even tried to sweat it out but he was able to do so, simply meaning his body is too big for the weight division he was in. That is why his next fight was at 122, bypassing one division at 116.

Who clamed that Mayweather wasn't over the weight or did not have to pay a fine against Marquez?
