    What would the right ref do; instruct Ward not to box? Ward beats Froch 10 out of 10 times. Froch is a level below Ward.

    I agree with the OP.

    Ward is packing glass is why he needs to resort to illegal tactics.

    Scrub Kenny Kost had Ward out on his feet and Boone had him down and hurt. If he fights Golovkin he will need to do everything in his power to not get hit cleanly, even if that means using illegal tactics.

    conveniently ignores:

    1) froch calling for a rematch before ward sabotaged his own career

    2) ward citing british stoppages as a reason not to fight in england

    3) WARD AIN'T FIGHTING!

    i genuinely wonder how long it's gonna take for point 3 to occur to ward's fans.

    I've never seen Golovkin dropped or wobbled but I have seen Ward put on ***** Street and hurt. Golovkin doesn't have to hold or use headbutts because he has good punch resistance. Ward is a KO waiting to happen, it just hasn't happened yet because he is allowed to get away with anything in Jokeland, CA.
