agree or disagree about these fights but for me as a boxing fan regardless of your opinions on certain fighters you cannot argue that these would not make for interesting viewing, and also lend more credibility to the sport and most importantly the fighters themselves than the current schedule of proposed matchups:

    pavlik v kessler
    taylor v froch
    oscar v winky wright
    hatton v cotto
    wlad v haye
    jones v hopkins
    calzaghe v pavlik
    miranda v froch
    etc etc

hope 2009 is less about the money and more about the fights!

For the people up there that make the fights, boxing is always about the money and not the quality of the fights.

i know this, and i suppose it has always been the case to a slightly lesser exstent, but its going too far now,i mean pac v oscar is just one example of a fighter swapping integrity for capitalism.

Id say Hatton vs Pac rather than Hatton vs Cotto. Id also say...
    Pac vs JMM III.
    Pavlik vs Abraham.
    Pavlik vs Kessler.
    Kessler vs Abraham.
    Marg vs Williams II
    Marg vs Cotto II
    Berto vs Clottey
    Froch vs Kessler
    Calzaghe vs Tarver/Dawson
Mayweather vs Wlad... Just so Floyd would get the **** kicked out of him
