Yes but you left out the where Williams has two fights against respectable or top welters (Cintron would be a good one) to make the fight appealing.
is williams even that great? i think if the winner of hatton-pbf fights the winner of cotto-mosley, then the guy who comes out on top is clearly much better than williams. but i guess it would just make things crystal clear who the best welter in the world is. i think its gonna be cotto. or at least i hope. as long as its not mayweather ill be happy.
