Nah, hes a total ****. Hes had a few chances to make something of himself as a fighter and ****ed it up. Now he has expanded on his ******edness by blinding himself. All he has to do know is to scratch his balls with a belt sander and pick up his Darwin award.

I really disliek people who really big themselves up and have absolutely **** all to back it up with. When you add this to the fact that he blames everything that ever happens to him on racism, you have a massive ****.

 

I hope he gets a shot at one of the big boys within the next year. In all honesty, if he is on his game, I would install him as favourite over anyone 168 and down besides Calzaghe/Kessler. I think he can definitely take the likes of Winky/Pavlik/Taylor etc.

 

miranda might b a good fight 4 him...give that chin a bit of tickle...i'd still go 4 choc in a world title fight(only cause he's aussie and if he won i could quietly jump on the bandwagon and say i told ya so) even though i don't like some woops most of the **** he says and definitely know he should up his calibre of opposition...

mate he started boxing without an amatuer career and he is the No. 3 SMW in the world, i would say that is making something of yourself as a fighter.

he is the only real threat to the top 2 in the entire division.

Most of Australia will be behind the man when he makes his comeback. Look, there are still a few bitter rednecks in society that despise him and probably in Perth (the texas of Australia) it amounts to 95% of the people. But the dipshits like those found on here that have this deep seated hatred, well, you see one or two of them at every pub watching his fights. Driping with rage and bitterness. I always have a bit of a chuckle along with everyone else. They usually sport a nicely formed little gut.

I don't like his attitude. I don't like his mouth. I don't like the way he self promotes himself as the greatest. I don't like that he is trying to be another Ali with less than half of his talent and 10% of his chin.
I don't like that he kept fighting fossils (Lester Ellis, Guy Waters, Rick Thornberry) and kept trying to pass them off as valid opposition. Christ, Ellis hadn't fought for 6 years.
I did like he how he lost to a fighter with only 4 KOs in his 24 wins. I did laugh when the 'greatest' lost his second title defence on points, on home soil.
I laughed when after St George lost to Melbourne he wrote an article the week before they met again the next season, saying St George were the true champions. I laughed when they got smashed something like 66-0. Way to fire up the opposition genius.
If Mundine learnt some humility maybe I could find something to like about him. And yes, what he has achieved is noteworthy, but his record is littered with old men and never weres, and every time he has stepped up against semi credible opposition he has been exposed.
By the way Eels, I picked him to beat Green. I wasn't blinded by the hype about Danny to see his speed would be enough for Greens power. And I'm a born and bred Vic, does that still make me a redneck? It pisses me off that its insuated if you don't like Mundine you must be racist. I hear the same bull**** when the subject of Murali is brought up in cricket. Race doesn't even enter the equation. Try personality.

 

No doubt Mundine would have been knocked out. But Mundine don't fight like Taylor. Taylors' defence is absolutely hopeless.

Taylor has great skills but lack accuracy and is very lazy. He reminds me abit of Mundine except Mundines defence is 30 times better.

 

Amsterdam and i chatted a few weeks ago about Taylor and everything he said came true in this fight.

Taylor can win the rematch if smartens up his defence better because Pavlik is so dam easy to hit.
