Cokezaghe didnt dominate 175. He picked 2 old guys to beat. And the one old guy he beat he looked horrible doing so.


If Ward beats Bute and Froch, that'll give him 3 fighters on his resume that are better then 99% of Slappy Joes wins.

Dominating and establishing himself as the best super middleweight in an era that is clearly stronger then Coke Slaps era will clearly propel him ahead.

 

calzaghe was old too they were his last fights, hopkins is still kicking arse today 3 years later or whatever it is. speed fighters always deteriorate earlier than other fighters as its the first thing to go.

He wasn't even defending a legitimate title. His title was plucked from the trash and no one considered the wbo a legit sanctioning body at the time. They were no better than the wbu back then, not much better now.
