How the **** are we supposed to know given that we have no idea who Floyd might have fought and how he might have done? If Floyd cleaned out welterweight he'd probably still be P4P #1. If he lost to Paul Williams he wouldn't be. If he died in a plane crash he definitely wouldn't be. Who ****ing knows?
it depends on who he would've fought in that period. wins against two top welters would have been enough for him to retain his status imo. otherwise, i'd say it's pac.
