In George Foreman's comeback, did he ever fight a boxer who hit harder than he did?

McCall would have been destroyed by Frazier.

Moorer was much more skilled than Ruddock and Holy would have toyed with Ruddock, vdery overrated fighter.

It was actually Holmes's uppercut that got him caught with the punch. Larry got careless and moved forward from the outside with a right uppercut and got nailed moving into Earnie's right. Terrible thing to walk into.

Agreed. Foreman wasn't dodging punchers as much as he was looking to get the most clear path to the title. He'd have gotten in the ring with Godzilla if it meant he was getting a shot at the title.

Not if he weren’t getting paid well. Money meant more to him than the actual title. Old Foreman obsession with money was one of the few things he had in common with Holmes

Absolutely. Can you imagine Foreman taking some of those shots from Ruddock??
I know he had a great chin but only so much he'd take.

Since Foreman NEVER fought Earnie Shavers, I would say, no, at no point did George ever fight someone who hit harder than himself.
