    Round 6

Soto ducks a few Antillon right hands but winds up getting blindsided by a low hook before he straightens up. The action is paused as the referee rules that a new cut on Antillon's brow is from an accidental butt. Soto uses his forearms as a shield and tries to punch over the attacks of Antillon, targeting his cut...the sly dog. When Antillon tries to collapse on him with pressure, Soto simply raises his forearm up and grinds it into Antillon's face in a seemingly defensive and sneakily offensive maneuever. Blood pours down Antillon's face. Soto is caught with a 1-2 against the ropes and staggers, but holds on. Antillon again hits him with a right hand and Soto looks a bit nervous. Antillon hooks to the body with both hands. Constant body work by Antillon and Soto has nothing to answer with, just trying to hold Antillon still.

    10-9 Antillon, that.

    59-54 Soto

    Round 7

Soto starts fast, throwing lots of combos and quick-stepping all around Antillon. Urbano is coming forward with purpose now, wasting no time in getting himself on top of Soto and trying to shower him with power. Hard clubbing shots from Antillon land, mostly to the body but a few to the back of the head (for which he is warned). Soto is no longer as quick on the trigger but still trying to counter-punch, and is getting caught with some right hands over the top as he backs up. Antillon is knocked off balance and momentarily supported by the ropes as Soto turns in a corner and lets loose a hook. Good inside battle, now. Soto is leaning to his left and throwing hard upperhooks.

    69-63 Soto

Antillon needs to use his brain a little, other than for absorbing punches

    Round 8

Antillon crunches Soto's nose with a few hard jabs. Soto gets out of there and into his preferred range, and rips Antillon with a few hooks. Soto is really finding his rhythm from about two feet away. Soto is now flurrying his way into a clinch whenever Antillon steers him into the ropes. Antillon is wiping blood off his face with his wrist and trying to push down on Soto's arms on the inside with his left, to nail him with a right hand. Soto is effective at fencing him with his own fists and not allowing him a clear punching path. Soto gets back to mid-range and flurries, then ducks as Antillon marches up to him. Another clinch, and Soto bursts out of it with a triple hook to the body.

    79-72 Soto
