    If I'm not mistaken, wasn't he suppose to fight In Jin Chi but fought Solis instead? If not, who did he fight instead of Chi?

    Yes, he ducked him to fight more dangerous fighters. Just like he ducked JMM 3 to fight feather-fisted midget Oscar De La Hoya.
