    Pre-147, Pacquiao.
    Post-147, Mayweather.

Pacquiao's would be better at 147 if he didn't have those catchweights and/or timing in his favor, plus he fought more often. Hard for Floyd to compete when Pacquiao fights nearly twice as often. Their resume's are damn near neck and neck. I give Floyd the edge CURRENTLY because he's fighting guys in better conditions.

In retrospect, you're a ******. I'm a fan of both and this fight not happening in 2009-2011 will permanently **** me off regarding both fighters.

there is no reason to decline that **** after claiming he is a small ww.

just like he couldnt force pac not wear cleto reyes.

it could be a billion$ /lb penalty, he wont pay a dime as long he comes at agreed weight of 147 which should be easy for him.

*****s won't admit they were so damn happy Floyd didn't fight Manny. And now they're claiming Manny's minions don't really want this fight to begin with LMAO
*******s have been drooling for this fights since 2009 and Pac losing isn't something to get scared about since Pac lost years before he even fought Ledwaba. It is the *****s who's afraid for this fight cause they wanted to brag about their God being undefeated. Its all they have. Take away that zero off Floyd's resume and he's nothing but a well protected pet by the people making millions off of him.

Pac fought damaged goods, he waited on the sideline for everyone to beat each other up then he fought them. Who did he beat that wasn't damaged goods? The feather cousins Bradley and Algieri? :rofl

At Floyds Age most of his fans know he did not fight the best all his career. Be it for whatever reason you can give it. His fans mostly like him for his skillz. Your loosing precious time in your life acting like ****ing ******s.

And there is NO reason to decline a drug test after claiming to be clean!!!

He should've accepted the 14 days, and went in there and beat Floyd's ass. Then he'd probably be rated the greatest of all time.
