It may have not been as one sided, but knowing the capabilities of Pacquiao at 147 lbs that we did'nt know before DLH......

......DLH would have been toast anyways.

I was one of the few in this forum who said when the 24/7 episode was shown of him weighing so low weeks before the fight, that I did'nt believe DLH was so low.

Honestly I thought the weight on that scale was a DLH/HBO stunt to promote the fight as being more fair.

......but I did voice in this forum, "if DLH is going to weigh anywhere in the ballpark of what Pacquiao is going to weigh while in the ring.....DLH is going to get destroyed in the ring vs Pacquiao."
    .....and my intuition was correct.

When first I heard after already have seen DLH officially weigh 145 lbs at the weighin that he was only at 147 lbs stepping into the ring........the first words out of my mouth were, "DLH is going to get beat from pillar to post, this is something I'm going to enjoy."

Those of you who have been here as long as I have know I'm not a fan of DLH......and enjoyed I did.:hey:yep:lol:

DLH actually looked good in the vid clips from his training. I wished he would have let his hands go like he did in his training sessions. It would have made the fight a lot more interesting.

At first, I was thinking DLH was just waiting for an opening and perhaps baiting Manny, so that he could throw a bomb.

Then it became obvious he wasn't going to do nothing.

To Pacroid's credit, he was elusive in the early to mid portion vs DLH. DLH was just could'nt even find the range with teh jab for God's sake.

Thats how flat DLH was, he could'nt even land a jab on Pacquiao.

I would have never have even guessed that, DLH could'nt land a jab while Marquez was landing combinations with ease.

Had DLH been healthy enough to have weighed close to the middleweight limit in the ring, at the very least he'd have found some semblance of equilibrium to have landed his jab.......but I dont believe it would have made a difference in the end result.

Pacquiao's workrate and in an out strategy would have been too much for DLH to overcome anyways imo.

Get real here guys, the rules might prohibit an IV right before the fight, but in a big fight scenario they just look the other way as the fight must go on.

....maybe, but if Oscar used IV to rehydrate and not informed ringside MD and have an official monitor the infusion, Oscar may have cheated.

I was thinking Oscar was carrying the fight into the middle rounds by not going all out at the start, to make the fans happy, and would end it around the mid rounds. Mid rounds came and the only change was Pac pounding his face even more and it was obvious Pac just had his number.

He may very well have, but there is no proof of it other than Roach saying he saw IV marks......

.....I dont believe DLH himself has stated he needed IV's....

.......and if someone from the boxing commision noticed on DLH the IV's Roach talked about, they're paid to be silenced and turn their head the other way.

IF the rules are that a fighter must not use IV's before a fight, Roach was'nt going to say anything knowing the fact that DLH is using the IV's is to the benefit of his own fighter.

When Roach noticed DLH's arm marked, he must have started salivating in the knowing it was going to be an easier night for Pacquiao than he thought.

Oscar didn't struggle against Pernell Whitaker take your head out of your *******.

Oscar was completely drained and finished before the bell, even Pacquiao's own trainer can tell you himself.

Oscar had his eye socket fractured by a Steve Forbes prior to the fight and was getting slapped around in sparring by the late Edwin Valero. He took the fight for money, get over it, it wasn't a great win.

Mayweather would have beat the **** out of DLH if he weighed in at 145lbs.

I got the same response as well. Adding to Dr. Trainor's comment, please be advised (1) the fighter would need to tell the ringside physician at the weigh-in that he is planning to use a post-weigh-in/pre-fight IV, (2) the IV would need to be administered by another doctor for an acute medical condition, and (3) if a fighter needs a post-weigh-in/pre-fight IV, he is probably cutting too much weight to safely compete.

Here is the first email I sent and first response.

This.. shows if the fighter plans to use an IV he must tell the ringside physician.

    So he is allowed.

Plus, my friend competes in MMA and openly uses an IV drip to rehydrate from 185 to 200+

anyone who is losing looks bad. Pacman was so fast he made Oscar look like he had something wrong with him. He beat him to the punch from round one, not from round 5 on when getting tired would have happened. If anything Oscar got old, but not weight drained.
