In terms of talent/skills/ability who is better than Floyd Mayweather Jr.?

    Hasim Rahman can do that against the right type of opponant..if know what I mean.

    I think for all his dimensions there wasnt a single one that MAB had that could outdo Chavez for straight up effectiveness.

    Chavez took on a range of styles and class of opponants, and a had a far more impressive run of dominance IMO.
    I think he is more versatile and multi dimensional then he is often given credit for.

    Duran vs Leonard II certainly ended up being an absolute sham, no question about that.

    it's an absolutely must read.

    IMO Duran's legend is not tarnished to any great degree by Leonard II.

    I'm a SRL fan thru and thru. But the crash diet complete with a stream of duretic diet pills, 2 grapefruits, 3 steaks and gallons of orange juice on fight day, not to mention the inevitable stomach ache that followed, clearly didn't help Duran's cause.

    ...but of course Duran had nobody to blame but himself (and his pathetic group of hangers-on).
