AGAIn that information is just plain wrong!

the difference between the dates for oscar/hop was
    5th june - 18th september. i think you'll find thats around 14 weeks.

And... what's the big deal? Wlad would simply only have one week rest as opposed to a few weeks rest for them. Why the hell do you care that Wlad wants to fight closer together?:huh

There's no guarentee that Haye won't get cut or injured in training camp again? So what? There were no guarentee's the same wouldn't happen to Vitali in his Johnson camp.

There are no guarentee's in boxing. What's clear is that Haye and Wlad have a solid date that only Wlad is willing to commit to.

i dont mate. its possible that wlad fights chisora. is completely fine then is ready for haye on july 2nd. But WHY have that risk?!

all I care about is the fight getting made. And you cannot deny that there is a strong possibility that wlad will pick up some sort of knock against chisora. and if thats the case the 2nd july date is OFF!

as someone who wants to see this fight get made dont you think that there is a much bigger chance the fight will happen on 2nd july if wlad doesnt fight chisora first?!?!

Because Wlad has agreed to everything, including the date, and Haye has backed out just because Wlad wants to fight Chisora before - which is known of Haye's concern.

there are no guarantees in boxing your right. But there is a far bigger chance picking up a knock fighting for real on fight night as opposed to with massive gloves and headgear in sparring?

surely the best thing for the fight would be to minimise any risks that could jeopardise the fight? and fighting 8 weeks before presents a HUGE risk

It's the second biggest and most important fight currently out there in the world, and could potentially change the entire landscape of the Heavyweight division. You would have thought that Wladimir Klitschko would have forgot all about Chisora, a 14 fight novice who doesn't belong in the same ring as the Ukrainian.

    my point exactly.

The way wlad goes on he makes out as if he would be LIVID if he couldnt fight haye before the ***** retires. You'd think he could wait an extra 8 weeks to make sure this mega fight happens!

this isnt the first time he would be taking 9 months off between fights.

People act like you need 2 months between fights these days B4 you even start training camp.
It is a myth and unless you are cut it isnt even a good scenario. We are rewarding these guys for being inactive. really, this is the only sport where people take this much layoff between matches, it is ludicrous.

Where in the statement does Haye say the fights off? Infact even Wlad says it's still on, this is just Haye bitching, where does Haye say it's off?

He's just pissed because Wlads risking the fight by fighting Chisora.
