    Impact? probably GBP depending on the next few years.

    Good question. I think the potential impact and legacy a promoter can leave on the sport is large but limited. I don't think the same limitations apply to a fighter.

    In his prime, Oscar beat every man he fought, except for 3 debatable, razor-thin losses to Sugar Shane and Tito and a body-punch loss to BHop in a fight he was winning on points.

    Slightly past his prime, he lost a debatable SD to Pretty Boy Floyd. When he was past it, he quit against Pacman.

    He is the only man to convincingly beat a prime Pernell Whitaker. He dominated former champions like Julio Cesar Chavez, Fernando Vargas, Felix Storm, Ricardo Mayorga and others.
