In the name of unification(s) in all divisons (definately the heavies), should organizations order box-offs once a year between the Top 4 highest available contenders to allows champions more time to unify titles?

If that was the case, the tournies would look something like this (as of today, regardless of current mandatories):

    Heavies:
    WBC: McCall, Virchis, Gomez, Rahman
    WBA: Valuev, Lyakhovich, Ruiz, Williamson
IBF (as is): Brock, Byrd, Chambers, Povetkin
    WBO: Thompson, Dimitrenko, Lyakhovich, Virchis

Obviously some guys are rated in the Top 4 by multiple orgs, so they would have to choose which tourny to participate in, and then you could just move down the line to the next avail. contender.

To me, it would seem the best way to allow time for unifications and best fight out there-type fights, while generating the most "qualified" mandatory challenger. It might also lead to more realistic ratings by orgs in all weight-classes.
