That's some funny **** right there... lofl!

The only weird/different thing I've noticed about Tszyu's training (that I've seen from his excellent 'Fighting Fit' DVD/Book) is when he straps a contraption on his head with a string attached at one end and a tennis ball at the other. He shows how this helps hand-eye coordination and reflexes as he continually hits the ball back and forth away from his head... That and he's known to use kettle bells...an old russian secret...

also, he shows how pimp he is by having his hand (Anton Solopov) hold up a peice of paper in mid-air then proceeds to punch it in half. I tried numerous time to no avail... : (

George Foreman, during his first reign in the 70's, carried a calf around on his shoulders, chopped down trees in the east Texas pine forests with a 20lb axe, and wrestled with declawed African lions he owned. It hardly gets better than that.

I know Tim Bradley does 'chin push ups'- it's ****ing insane. He also spars with one eye closed to mimic what could happen if one of his eyes closes:good.

Rocky Marciano had a special made 300lb heavy bag that he worked out on to develop his strength, power, and stamina. He also used a very low rope strung across the room that he constantly dipped under to practice going real low, which was pretty unique to his fighting style.

Marvin Hagler would run 10 miles in heavy construction boots for stamina and discipline.

Muhammed Ali did a lot of running backwards and chopped a lot of trees. When he was younger he would race the public transportation buses between their stops through the streets of Louisville, Kentucky.

Tex Cobb, postfight, would retire to a cabin in the mountains of New Mexico and stay drunk for a month.
