    OK, trolling aside, here's mine:
    - Weighted jump squats
    - Weighted jump lunges
    - Jump pushups
    - High tuck your legs jumps
    - weighted calf raises

Half of the stuff I do is made up. That's why the names sound like an eight year old made them up. I believe they work, but i'm not an expert on any of it. And as far as I know, strength training discussions here always end up to be ****-measuring contests so I keeps my shiz to myself.

My whole philosophy is, not to limit myself to the same exercises but rather do a different variety of strength exercises each week that strengthen different parts of my body. I'm all about being strong all over, and not just certain parts of my body.

But then again, this is a contentious issue around here, and you're never too far from some know it all who's gonna tear it apart. Thing is, even the most knowledgeable guys here disagree on the same things so sometimes you just gotta do your best and do what feels right.

I'm really surprised that no one has mentioned the chinup or pullup yet

I presumed that pushups and chins/pullups would form the core of most people's upper body strength routine (excluding heavy bag work) and maybe dips also

Yeah, pushups are pretty standard - along with chin/pull ups, core strengthening exercises, burpees, lunges, heavy bag work, sparring and shadow boxing (and maybe running and/or swimming). I think pretty much anyone that boxes is going to have all of those form the minimum nucleus of their workouts - some may have more, or less, or nothing in addition - but those are going to pretty much stock-standard.

Everybody has individual strengths and weaknesses. For some people the best exercise might be an external rotation exercise with a rubber band that helps with their shoulder mechanics.
Otherwise in general the most bang for your buck exercises are:
    Back Squat
    Deadlift/RDL
    Power Clean
    Bench Press
    Bench Pull

He said no plyometrics. The only strength training exercise you have there (weighted calf raises) is redundant, almost a completely useless exercise. And don't have a cry saying I proved your point, pointless is pointless. Drop that exercise and you'll notice nothing changes, I guarantee it.

It amazes me that even marathon runners and pure endurance athletes who have half a clue include weight training in their programs, yet a sport that has such a large power component to it such as boxing still has people in it thinking lifting weights isn't necessary.
You don't really have to train at all, but it sure helps if you want to be any good. If you care about improving yourself physically you lift weights, it's black and white.

It depends what you are trying to do. If you are looking to improve your explosiveness then the Olympic lifts and plyometrics such as clap push ups, depth jumps, bounding, med ball slams etc

But if you don't have a good base of strength then you wont be strong enough to get any decent benefit from explosive movements. Best lifts to improve your strength are: Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Millitary/push press and pull ups/ and dips.

What if you don't care about improving yourself physically in a "general athletics" or cosmetic sense, and care only about improving your ability in the boxing ring, and choose to prioritize the bulk of your time on traditionally boxing-specific activities - you're saying that is time wasted? You're saying people who only do calisthenics/bodyweight exercises (for their combined strength/cardio/flexibility benefits without being overly concerned with any one area over the others) and bag work/shadow boxing/mitts/sparring? You're saying that person can't possibly be effective in a boxing ring because they have no possible way of getting "strong" by the standards you think anybody that works out should be looking to get "strong" by? This kind of seems the gist or implied tone of a lot of your posts on this subject.
