Don't have the competition to be that, and don't have the right colour skin to be recognised like that.
Pavlik does a lot of things in the ring that many fans either don't notice, or don't know enough about boxing to appreciate. Kelly will continue to surprise people by winning fights he was suppose to lose. He is still very much in the learing curve, and will continue to improve. The green kid that sparked Bronco McKart would not have beat JT. The version of Pavlik that won the first Taylor fight would have lost to the version of JT that showed up for the second fight. He keeps getting better with each fight, and I think he will continue to improve. He is probably 2 years away from peaking.
Yep he's a ****** alright and honestly I'm sure there are ******s that could outwit him. I called him out on his avatar the other day to which he responded "Well he almost did" to which I responded "If you want "almost" to mean anything try horseshoes" to which I recieved no response
lockett [no offense to him] is the worst fighter pavlik has fought in his last few fights, of course he's going to look like he's imrpoved. fighters of pavliks style hardly change. EVEN pavlik says before every fight "we're not going to change anything. " open your eyes you senile ****.
If you're honestly incapable of seeing the difference between the version of Pavlik that beat McKart, and the current version, you're ****ing blind in one eye, and can't see out of the other. No -- he has not changed his basic approach, but he is better in every single area of his game. Please do not try to tell me that Pavlik from July 2006 would beat Taylor from Janaury 2008. Such a belief would be beyond delusional -- WAY beyond.
Hagler fought for 14 years. Pavlik has only been fighting 6-7 so lets wait another 7 years then look back and compare. Because, at the same point in haglers career, he hadn't faced Duran, Hearns or leonard yet.
