Vitali is going to throw everything at Peter early to try and dislodge his head. I expect to see Peter spitting teeth in this one.

 

I think he will punch Peter in the fist with his nose...

 

I think Vitali will land the uppercut and his brutal left hook early to soften Peter up, as they get to know each other, a bit.

You forgot another poll option- Peter shocking the haters by KOing Vitali with his quadruple rabbit punch of death! Look what it did to James Toney (He ate compulsively for like a year and a half afterward just trying to forget about it)
