And you thinking that when time finally catches up with a boxer and he loses is a 'shock' is ****ing ******ed, put me on ignore because you've been mis-quoting me and putting words in my mouth from the start.

You couldn't even give me a good counter argument to my Tarver comparison.

    Just **** off.

Its a coincidence that Tyson lost to Holyfield who lost to Lewis and Tyson lost to Lewis

1 Lewis long reign beat everybody avenged losses
    2. Holyfield 4x champ cruiser champ longetivity
    3. Tyson short but great dominance bad head to head

Heavyweight for anyone with a brain:

    Lewis
    Holy
    Tyson

    Overall (including cruiser):

    Holy
    Lewis
    Tyson

However realistically all three are on the same pantheon - all legends at a similiar level.
    Like Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Leonard.

The point is Holmes was far more competitive with a comparable fighter and everyone he faced really, noone ever beat him like Tyson did. An ancient Holmes nearly beat the same guy who ko'd Lewis in Mcall. Mercer might have been somewhat green as a pro but he was a gold medalist and was always up and down his entire career.

His resume is not that bad, certainly on a better level than Vitali Klitschkos, who is being paraded around as an ATG on these boards, and yes some of its based off his obvious skills as a fighter. Me putting Holyfield in the to spot is more than just his win over Bowe.

lewis - a top HW and when focused a H2H nightmare for anyone.

holy - a top crusier who cause some waves in the HW divison but also lost a lot of fights (to bigger men) and ducked lewis for too long before being out classed in a robbery.

tyson - a flat track bully who was never seriously tested in his prime.

Holyfield, Lewis, Tyson, Sorry But Holyfield being the smaller man has been able to accomplish much more than Lennox Lewis was on top of that he arguably beat Valuev and should be a 5 time Heavyweight champion who wasnt really a heavyweight to start out with.
Lennox has always been a super heavy

I would agree, but I factor in the HGH, without it he'd have got nowhere at heavy.

I expect a Lewis fan to come up with some off the wall arguement Holyfield has never once tested positive for any HGH or PEDs there have been allegations but nothing more than that, Lewis has also been acused of sucking on man parts so if we want to take cheap shots at fighters based on false statements let it be.

  14. Holyfield
    Tyson
Lewis <--- significantly lower than Tyson

Prime for prime anyway. Theres all different ways to look at it
