The only time in his career he let outside forces interfere mentally and physically with his preparation for a fight.

A church member prophesized to Evander Holyfield that he'd knockout Lennox Lewis in there first match, in the 3rd round.....

You look at Evander Holyfield in his corner inbetween rounds 2 and 3 and he's telling his corner, "this is it, I'm going to knock him out!"

......Evander Holyfield who is a man of faith, was visibly a fighter who was mentally toast when Lewis was still standing after the 3rd round.
You could see it in his face and his body language.

Evander Holyfield would be the first to tell you that hardwork is the key to sucess......and needless to say, as a fan of Holyfield, I felt letdown that he'd let a church incident interfere with his preparation for a major fight.

Tito vs Winky. I convinced two friends that weren't real boxing fans to split the ppv with me by showing them past Tito fights and convincing them it would be worth the money. Not only did Tito get absolutely dominated, but I'm pretty sure neither one of those friends has watched another round of boxing.

Well I'm a big Cotto fan so after Margo KOd Cotto my brother and myself were shellshocked. Before I'd seen Cotto as a machine like the terminator. Margo gave me the shock that he is infact mortal. It's pretty funny thinking about how affected I was after the fight, my brother included, we just walked around shaking our heads saying "I can't ****ing believe it" over and over again. Then we started hard drinking and taking some serious bong hits, still the shitty taste was prevelant for days after. I'm fine now though:)

    Tyson losing to Lewis.

Granted deep down i knew he wasnt going to win.

Inactive over the few years prior to the fight,
Came in a stone heavier than his next fight against Etienne,
Was taken to court by Lewis denying him a warm up fight that would have been beneficial against Ray Mercer (***** move by Lewis) and when he lost i was close to tears, really gutted.

Castillo when he faced Mayweather the second time. He was clearly robbed and I wanted him to win the rematch.

Afterwards yes but before a big fight I've been looking forward to I'm pretty straight as I want to be an unbiased judge. And after the first half of the fight went by I was confident that Cotto would yet again solidify his greatness. After the fight it went as follows:
    Disbelief
    Anger
    Disbelief and anger
and finally acceptance, with maybe a hint of disbelief:)

Me too, i picked Floyd in 10 and i was the only one i knew who basically knew Hatton didnt really have a chance.

Having said that when Floyd actually did stop him it was like id just watched a family member get his ass kicked.
