4mile run 10 min Ab workout 10 min of various dumbell excercises for upper body, shoulders/arms etc This is how im currently doing it, in this order though the time of day varies, with 5 mins of stretching after ma run and before the ab's workout. Still needing to shift a few pounds of lower stomach, is this the best order to do it in ? I read doing upper work then running can be more effective regarding muscle strength ? Appreciate ya help Cheers
get up in the morning and do your running before breakfast. Do weights around 12:00 Boxing in the evening. If you have the time.
I assume the pounds on the lower stomach you refer to is fat ? If youre running 4 miles a day then Id say its pretty safe to say you need to look at your diet.
Yep am realising that a few binge meals a week is just equaling out the better work i was having with ma diet.
