Floyd Mayweather Jr. has not Knocked anyone out, KO not TKO, since May 22 1999 (Just1n Juuko).

Manny Pacquiao has not been Knocked out since September 17 1999 (by Medgoen Singsurat).

I think he gonna catch Manny coming in around the 10th or 11th..Manny throws with sloppy footwork at times...He'll end up getting countered and put on his back...THAN THEY'LL SAY HE IS TOO SMALL...

 

Pac will KO Mayweather but while he is knocked out Floyd will have a dream of KOing Manny in the first round. When Mayweather finally wakes up he will be happy as he will have thought he won.

Although May never goes for the KO, I think he and his ego make an exception here. he will systematically break down and punish Paq, similar to the hopkins/joppy fight.

I doubt Mayweather will KO Pac, only because he'll make sure to keep his defense intact and not risk getting KTFO himself. But he'll beat down Pac over 12.
