Oscar won 10 world titles in six divisions. At which Division(s) was he THE Champion and not just a beltholder. That is the problem with Boxing today anyone can jump divisions and pick up an Alphabet Belt and say they are a "Champion". In how many Division(s) was Oscar THE Champion of that Division and not just a trinket holder?

Tito was the man at 147 when Oscar fought there and Oscar should have got the decision so I'll go with 147

In how many divisions was Sugar Ray Leonard or Thomas Hearns or Pernell Whitaker or Roy Jones Jr or Roberto Duran or Manny Pacquiao THE champion of that division and not just a trinket holder?

I was under the impression that Oscar was the man since he had won the title from Whitikar and Tito was the title holder.

I am not sure Roy Jones ever was as he refused to fight DM at Light Heavyweight had he won that fight he would have been Roy NEVER beat a unified, undiputed, or linear champion. Duran was THE lightweight champion.

    SRL was THE Welterweight champion

So a couple of the greats on that list were THE champion at one weight. You've proved my point, cheers.

Tito was a WW long before Oscar, and Oscar's "win" over Sweet Pea was a gift IMO

I was asking because I did not know. You are not proving anything and this was not meant to cut down DLH.
