130 - Defeated Jimmy Bredhal for just a trinket WBO belt but give him alittle credit for beating Gernaro Hernendaz the true 130 ib Champ at 135 a couple years later.

135 - Unified the WBO and IBF belts by stopping Ruleas im not sure if their was a linear Champion then after Whitaker left Lightweight but agian Oscar put to belts together so thats gotta count for something especially considering he beat alot of former Champs and contenders at 135 Ruleas,Molina,Paez,Leija,Hernendaz.

140 - He beat JC Chavez who was the legit Champion by winning the rematch vs Randall.

147 - He got the decison over Whitaker was not a robbery a very close fight so therefore he defeated the linear Champion for a period of time.

154 - Him and Vargas both had a World Title they where both top contenders Oscar unified the belts which made him the legit Champion.

160 - He of course was gave the WBO title agiasnt Sturm tried to capture the other 3 belts but was unsuccessful atleast he tried.

So I suppose at 3 weights hes clearly the linear Champ you can make a case for 4. Thats very impressive because when you look back on lots of guys careers its very kinda rare.
